BoatSides Game Room

The pool or card room, with height adjustable chandelier is adjacent to the kitchen and has its own wet bar with mini Sub zero refrigerator, separate ice maker, and wine cooler.  It has direct access to a lanai overlooking the pool with automatic retractable screens to be hidden or sued with a single button touch.  A wonderfully appointed powder room supports this area.  An LCD TV is wall mounted.
