BoatSides Lower Level Kitchen

Moving toward the pool, several steps below finds the downstairs kitchen, primarily used for support of the pool or parties.  It has an electric cooktop, full size oven, smaller refrigerator and sink along with large counter tops for prep work or serving.  Two additional multi-purpose areas off this kitchen allow your imagination to work.  A guest bedroom and large guest pool bath are on this level.  Now, let’s open the multiple French doors to the pool deck.
