| The stairs or elevator to the top floor reveals a loft walkway spanning the middle of the house with a great view of the rotunda of the Great Room. This view will expose the unique wall sconces on each column around the rotunda that might not have been noticed from below. Either end of this loft walk leads to a master bedroom.
The front master boasts a commanding view of the Gulf of Mexico and a wonderfully painted coffered ceiling. Wonderful bath, built in closets and dressing area are provided. An LCD TV is wall mounted.
The master at the rear of the house has a wonderful view of the Pine Island Sound with the pool and boat docks in the foreground. If privacy is desired, a touch of a button lowers the custom fabric window coverings. An LCD TV is wall mounted. The walk-in closet has wonderful built-ins. The bath has both a large marble shower and a jetted tub.
Let’s take the elevator to the lower level of the house. Off the elevator is the lower level foyer area with lights turning on automatically with your arrival, either from elevator, stairs garage or outside entrance.
